Having their first stage last January 16, 2014, with their debut title song, Girls Girls Girls, GOT7 has continuously shown growth in every comeback. Seven years have passed yet their songs and choreographies never adjusted to them instead, everything became more complex. Indeed, they are performance kings and can even slay a bare stage! JB, Mark, Jackson, Jinyoung, Youngjae, BamBam, and Yugyeom, altogether, complete GOT7. The members themselves are known to have different styles, different colors, in terms of their music yet when they come together as one, they will turn your world upside down.
As of January 2021, GOT7 has released a total of 11 Korean mini-albums, 4 Korean studio albums, 5 Japanese singles, 4 Japanese mini-albums, and a Japanese studio album.
JB and Jinyoung debuted as JJ Project in May 2012 with "Bounce" before GOT7. Five years later, they had their first comeback with Verse #2 wherein the duo showcased their songwriting skills and smooth vocals. The mini-album also contained solo songs that showed the different styles of JB and Jinyoung.
In March 2019, a new sub-unit debuted with members JB and Yugyeom. The leader and maknae were heavily involved in making their first mini-album, FOCUS, which contained 6 tracks, and in the same month, the duo released "Take" as the first part of the original soundtrack of He is Psychometric.
GOT7 has performed live in various countries around the world. They had embarked on a total of 3 world tours, 9 Japan tours, and 3 Thailand tours with steadily growing green oceans filled with Ahgabongs held by Ahgases.

fan meeting tours for international fans
Since debut, GOT7 has been the face of various magazines. They have been featured in editorials not only in South Korea but also in other countries.

GOT7 is known to be one of the groups that can easily take over a variety show without even trying. Their variety skills will either make your jaw hurt because of laughing or drive you crazy with their endless antics.
In GOT7's second year, they released a web series through Naver TV Cast. It tells the story of Joo In Hyung, a girl who suffers from her unfortunate fate until out of nowhere, a group of mysterious guys appeared.
GOT7 has been active for 7 years and until now, they are not slowing down. Their sincerity for their craft shows in every live performance and their talents shine through every move and note. Despite their differences as individuals, they work in harmony to produce colorful music depicting their inherent skills and creativity. In their seventh year, GOT7 has come into a turning point as a group. As confirmed by JYP Entertainment, all seven members will not renew their contracts with the company, which will be effective on January 19. On the same day, the trademark "GOT7", which was previously owned by JYP Entertainment, will be transferred to GOT7 according to South Korea's Fair Trade Commission. This guarantees GOT7's rights to what they have worked hard for the past seven years. The boys stayed true to what they have been saying all these years—7 or never, 7 or nothing.
